Wow what a sweet spot! No one else there but us 4 and a rescue boat we bought with us. It was a gorgeous day and the wind this morning was lovely but for some reason I just wasnt in the mood today, not feeling it at all. Maybe tired or just generally a little sore; but I was ahppy just sat in the boat watching Jan, Rich and Rob tricking about!!
I am back there tomorrow and hopefully will have a little more enthusiasm to carry on with my floating turns and then get going with the toeside work!
The hotel nearby was awesome, really small and hardly anyone on the beach to get in your way so when this spot comes out in the open get there before to many people here about it!
The water in places was clear as glass and the flying fish coming along side you is a a great feeling!!
The love of the C4s and the xenon boards has now spread with a yet another recruit who wants to buy a quiver of C4s after trying mine and another dude interested in getting a xenon board!
Tomorrow should be a better day with more wind forecast throughout the day, we are headed back to Tobia for the morning, lunch at the hotel near the secret spot and then back to secret spot for the afternoon session. I am hoping we will manage a sunset session soon although it is getting a little late for that now i think as the sun is still up at 7.30pm.... we shall see.
