ANother day of alot of wind and it was a little to much for me to try anything new so I just had an hour of playing in the waves today and practised further what I was working on yesterday.
I know I need to man up to gusty wind, and to be honest it is more my lack of energy which is letting me down at the moment - not enough water me thinks.
Nothing exciting to tell really. OH Some English guys arrived today. 3 Osteopaths from Brighton, very funny and great company, they have now joined the group! Made for a very amusing dinner!
